Full Moon Kayak and Firepit Night

Join us under the glowing light of the Buck Full Moon for an unforgettable evening on the water! As deer begin to grow their antlers and summer reaches its peak, we'll paddle together beneath one of the year's most magical moons. The rest of us can recline on the beach around the firepit, watch, and chill out.

The Buck Moon is the name given to the full moon that rises in July. It gets its name from the natural world..:this is the time of year when male deer begin to grow their new antlers, covered in soft velvet. The name comes from traditional Native American, Colonial American, and European sources, which often named full moons based on seasonal events in nature.

Shining bright in the warm midsummer sky, the Buck Moon is often associated with growth and renewal. It’s a time when nature is in full bloom, wildlife is active, and the long days give way to warm, moonlit nights.

For many, the Buck Moon is a moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with nature, with others, and with ourselves. Whether you're watching it rise over the treetops or paddling beneath its glow, this moon invites us to appreciate the wild, natural beauty that surrounds us.

Afterwards, we’ll remove all traces of our presence, including refreshments you may bring for yourself or others to share.
