As if we have to say, put a placeholder in your calendar for July 3rd for a grand celebration. This year, in addition to the traditional BBQ, bonfire and epic fireworks, we will be celebrating LPIA’s 100th Anniversary. Food and fun all evening!
For the 100th, we will unveil a bronze plaque, receive official proclamations from government officials and hear a few words from LPIA descendants of the organization’s founders. We’ll share a special birthday cake and maybe even have a champagne toast. After all, making it to 100 is impressive!
Approximate Schedule of Events:
5PM Parade Kickoff. March, cheer, and wave those flags as we kick things off with our community parade/kiddie train ride around the neighborhood. There will also be kid-approved games and face painting in the park.🥁🎺

6:30PM Get your Feedbag on! Come and savor Dan’s “slammin’” salmon chowder with Jean’s dream clam cakes, juicy burgers, sizzling hot dogs, salad and all the fixin’s. Traditionally, members bring side dishes. Cake and ice cream for desert will be provided.🍦🍒
